Cancel your order

If you changed your mind about your order, you can cancel it before it has been dispatched. Please contact us to check if this is still possible.

Has your order already been dispatched? You can refuse your order when it is delivered, so it is returned to sender. You can also return your order within 14 days. When the product is returned to us in the same condition you received it in, the full purchase amount will be returned to you. Please note that the cost for returns are for the customer.

Did you receive the wrong item or is it damaged? Our quality team checks your order to make sure it meets the highest standards before we send it out. It is possible that we have missed something or have sent you the wrong item. If this is the case, please let us know within 14 days. Contact us and send us photos of the damage. Our team will review your complaint and let you know how to return an item. You will either receive a full refund or we will send you a new item.

Refund

We can only make a refund to the original payment method with which the order was placed. Depending on the payment method, it can take between 3 - 33 days before the payment is visible in your account:
